He also founded Acqueon Technologies and Green Quotient Systems. Acqueon is an AI-driven Conversational engagement company that enables sales, marketing, and services organizations to engage with their customers contextually. And Green Quotient Systems is a Cloud Computing and DevSecOps Tech Startup. He has since successfully exited these businesses and created value for all stake holders
Baskar enjoys working with Entrepreneurs and Startups in the Customer Experience and Contact Centre domains. Baskar has invested and mentored next-generation CX Entrepreneurs in India, Singapore & US. His insight helps Startups in new product development, transforming ideas into viable business models, competitive assessments, building an ecosystem of partnerships and scaling up businesses.
Baskar has a strong research & development foundation in Contact Centre Technologies from his initial years with AT&T Bell Labs. Leveraging his R&D experience and the experience of having been there and done that, Baskar advises Enterprises and BPOs on Customer Experience, transition to digital & gig economy, Indo-US ventures, partnerships, and global customer relationships.
Baskar is a visiting faculty at NIT Trichy, a premier engineering university in India, where he co-anchors a three-credit course on Business & Entrepreneurship for Engineers for final year engineering students.
